Chicago · Edition 01
Group runs this week.
Hand-checked 29 July 2026
Know before you go.
These are public group runs with enough practical detail to help you choose: where to meet, how far you might run, the likely pace, and what arriving alone should feel like.
Selection starts with the SoleMiles Chicago directory and a broader check of prominent clubs. We include public sessions with a current official source and enough detail to attend. Paid squads, members-only sessions, parkrun, and anything we cannot verify are left out.
SoleMiles is an independent guide and is not affiliated with the listed groups. Weather, access, and plans can change. Open the official source before leaving.
