Group runs this week.
Hand-checked 30 August 2026
Know before you go.
These are public group runs with enough practical detail to help you choose: where to meet, how far you might run, the likely pace, and what arriving alone should feel like.
Selection starts with the SoleMiles London directory and a broader check of prominent clubs. We include public sessions with a current official source and enough detail to attend. Paid squads, members-only sessions, parkrun, and anything we cannot verify are left out.
SoleMiles is an independent guide and is not affiliated with the listed groups. Weather, access, and plans can change. Open the official source before leaving.

Run Dem Crew
Spitalfields Tuesday night run
- Meet here
- The lululemon store, Spitalfields Market
- Distance
- Not published in advance; the crew sets the route each week
- Pace
- Not published as pace groups; the crew is known for running together rather than racing
- Going alone?
- The crew publishes the meeting point and time but not a registration step, so turn up ready to run. Because the distance is not posted in advance, check the crew's channels on the day if you need to know how far you are committing to.
- Afterwards
- No fixed post-run venue is published for this session.

Club night at Tooting Bec track
- Meet here

- Not published; the club runs teams from grassroots through to international level, so ask on arrival which group suits you
- Going alone?
- The club invites prospective members to come along to club night and then consider joining, so a first visit does not require membership. It does not publish a trial-session fee, so ask when you arrive.
- Afterwards
- No post-run venue is published for club night.
